Samima Patel-Gonzalez has over 14 years of experience working as an immigration paralegal. Attorney Ardian Gjoka - Of Counsel to VisaNation Law Group - is based out of Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Gjoka received his J.D. from Tirana University School of Law, Albania, in 1995. He worked as an attorney in Albania until he immigrated to the United States in 1999. Upon arriving in Jacksonville, Florida, he volunteered at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, helping immigrants who had arrived in the US as refugees.
In 2003, Mr. Gjoka received the Degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in United States Legal Studies (with honors), from Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, California. He is now admitted to the New York State Bar Association. From 2002 until 2012, Mr. Gjoka worked for various law firms in Jacksonville, Florida.
Native of Albania, Mr.Gjoka has been a passionate and dedicated advocate of the Albanian community for many years by assisting members of this community to find the best legal representation for all of their legal issues. He is a member of San Jose Refugee Ministry which provides support to individuals who have had to flee their countries of origin due to the tragedies of persecution and war.

It was apparent to her that the same struggles her grandparents experienced because of the immigration system remained.

As a Senior Paralegal, Shruthi Khetan brings a unique combination of international education and experience to VisaNation Law Group. She graduated with her LL.B. from Osmania University in India. While in law school there, she worked with leading law firms. She pursued Master of Laws from William and Mary Law School, Virginia. At William and Mary, she worked as a volunteer with various immigration matters and interned at Challa Law Group. She is licensed to practice law in India and has worked as an associate for a law firm in India before moving to the United States.
At VisaNation Law Group, she works with corporate clients in helping them sponsor their key employees for various Non-Immigrant visas including H-1Bs and TN Visas. Shruthi has extensive experience with processing and filing employment immigration petitions, and motions with the USCIS, the Department of State (DOS) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). Vishal brings over a decade of experience in software development and digital marketing to this role. Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Vishal spent 10 years working for Fortune 500 companies such as Accenture, Verizon, and ADT. There he worked on a number of innovative software projects in a diverse array of functions and leadership roles.
Having dealt with the challenges of the U.S. immigration system first-hand, Vishal is passionate about making the immigration processes less stressful and more efficient for others. Vishal first moved to the U.S. as a student, then went through various stages of corporate immigration, and finally acquired his U.S. citizenship over a decade later.
