Jenny Garcia is a Senior Legal Assistant at VisaNation Law Group. She excels in developing and maintaining client relationships. Ms. Garcia handles client phone calls, emails, requests for documents, status updates and other related tasks. She assists VisaNation Law Group attorneys with preparing case matters, scheduling consultations and various other legal tasks.

Ms. Garcia is particularly recognized for her bright personality and caring nature. She was born in Germany. She has lived in numerous countries and cities in the United States. She is both Colombian and Dominican. Ms. Garcia is fluent in Spanish.

Samima Patel-Gonzalez has over 14 years of experience working as an immigration paralegal. She has prepared a wide range of business immigration forms and petitions including: H-1B, H-3, E-1/E-2, L-1A, L-1B, TN, I-140 petition etc. She also possesses extensive experience with PERM Labor Certification process, from beginning to end.

Samima has significant experience with researching immigration and government regulations, case law and procedures to support client cases. In her role as a Senior Paralegal with our firm, she communicates extensively with clients regarding case status, request for evidence and immigration procedures.

Samima’s responsibilities include case management, drafting forms, monitoring deadlines, preparing immigration packets by analyzing and coordinating the gathering of information from clients from beginning until final disposition. She was born and raised in Panama and is fluent in Spanish.

Attorney Ardian Gjoka - Of Counsel to VisaNation Law Group - is based out of Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Gjoka received his J.D. from Tirana University School of Law, Albania, in 1995. He worked as an attorney in Albania until he immigrated to the United States in 1999. Upon arriving in Jacksonville, Florida, he volunteered at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, helping immigrants who had arrived in the US as refugees.

In 2003, Mr. Gjoka received the Degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in United States Legal Studies (with honors), from Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, California. He is now admitted to the New York State Bar Association. From 2002 until 2012, Mr. Gjoka worked for various law firms in Jacksonville, Florida.

Native of Albania, Mr.Gjoka has been a passionate and dedicated advocate of the Albanian community for many years by assisting members of this community to find the best legal representation for all of their legal issues. He is a member of San Jose Refugee Ministry which provides support to individuals who have had to flee their countries of origin due to the tragedies of persecution and war.

Attorney Ashley E. Gruber is originally from a small town west of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish from Coastal Carolina University and her law degree from Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida.

Ms. Gruber is particularly adept at handling complicated matters. She has obtained approvals for many complex immigration cases, previously mishandled cases, and cases where it was evident that the reviewing USCIS officer had misunderstood or overlooked the facts or documents of the record. Ms. Gruber’s creative and detailed approach has also helped clients obtain approvals following intricate Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny.

Ms. Gruber’s passion for immigration law originally stems from her grandparents. Her maternal lineage is from Sparta and Crete, Greece. Her paternal lineage is from Innsbruck and Vienna, Austria. Her grandparents experienced the lasting effects of the immigration system and often shared their stories with her. Despite being homeless, misunderstood, and shunned by society, her grandparents worked tirelessly to ensure their children had a better life.

When Ms. Gruber lived in Costa Rica as an undergraduate student, she was able to speak with people firsthand about their immigration struggles and about how difficult it can be to start a life in the United States. It was apparent to her that the same struggles her grandparents experienced because of the immigration system remained.

Prior to joining VisaNation Law Group PLLC, Ashley practiced at immigration law firms in the Washington D.C. metro area and Naples, Florida. She is conversational in Spanish and licensed to practice law in Florida.

As a Senior Paralegal, Shruthi Khetan brings a unique combination of international education and experience to VisaNation Law Group. She graduated with her LL.B. from Osmania University in India. While in law school there, she worked with leading law firms. She pursued Master of Laws from William and Mary Law School, Virginia. At William and Mary, she worked as a volunteer with various immigration matters and interned at Challa Law Group. She is licensed to practice law in India and has worked as an associate for a law firm in India before moving to the United States.

At VisaNation Law Group, she works with corporate clients in helping them sponsor their key employees for various Non-Immigrant visas including H-1Bs and TN Visas. Shruthi has extensive experience with processing and filing employment immigration petitions, and motions with the USCIS, the Department of State (DOS) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). She is experienced in both immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including Affirmative and Defensive Asylum, I-130, I-140, H-1B, R1, B1 / B2, K1 and F1 / F2. She also helps clients with Adjustment of Status as well as Consular Processing, change of status, removal of conditions over permanent residence and naturalization.

Shruthi is Fluent in Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, and Punjabi.

Prior to founding VisaNation Law Group PLLC, Shilpa Malik worked as a Senior Attorney at prominent New York City-based law firms where she practiced Immigration Law exclusively. She has handled a myriad of Immigration cases and issues including family-Based cases, employment-Based cases, Consular Processing, CSPA, Removal Representation, and Defense. Attorney Malik has participated in several community outreach programs and was an Advocate with the Immigrants Rights Clinic at the New York University School of Law.

Attorney Malik has extensive experience in Immigration Court, Federal Immigration Court, and Federal Criminal Court Litigation proceedings in Miami, including court appearances for Master and Individual Hearings for cases involving Criminal and Overstay Waivers, CIMT Defense, and petitions for review in the U.S. Courts of Appeals.

Attorney Malik attended the New York University (NYU) School of Law where she distinguished herself by receiving the Deans Graduate Award. Shilpa was born in India and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Originally from Venezuela, Nancy is a Senior Paralegal who brings more than ten years of experience to the legal sector, with specific expertise in U.S. immigration, international banking, mercantile law, trademarks, and tax law. She speaks both Spanish and English fluently, which allows her to effectively communicate with domestic and international clients in cases ranging from asylum claims to adjustments of status, family petitions, FOIA, waivers, appeals, and more. The passion she has for serving the immigrant community is evident in every facet of her work and the meaningful relationships she forms with clients.

Joel Mora is a marketing specialist who is focused on helping businesses and organizations working to bring about positive change in the world. For over a decade Joel has worked in all facets of marketing from copywriter to marketing and communications manager. During that time, he always found ways to incorporate immigrant stories and issues into his work. His time with VisaNation is the first opportunity to help the immigrant community directly.

Joel was born, raised, and currently lives in South Florida. His dedication towards helping immigrants comes from being raised by two Cuban immigrants and experiencing their obstacles and triumphs. He works hard with VisaNation to breakdown the barriers of access that many immigrants currently experience.

Vishal Rai is the CEO of VisaNation Inc, a provider of immigration technology and support services. He sets the company strategy and oversees the day-to-day operations. Vishal brings over a decade of experience in software development and digital marketing to this role. Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Vishal spent 10 years working for Fortune 500 companies such as Accenture, Verizon, and ADT. There he worked on a number of innovative software projects in a diverse array of functions and leadership roles.

Having dealt with the challenges of the U.S. immigration system first-hand, Vishal is passionate about making the immigration processes less stressful and more efficient for others. Vishal first moved to the U.S. as a student, then went through various stages of corporate immigration, and finally acquired his U.S. citizenship over a decade later. He is committed to providing a technology-enabled, highly efficient immigration experience combined with deep legal expertise to VisaNation's customers. Vishal holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Carlos Rivera is a South Florida native with a knack for writing that quickly led to a job creating SEO articles for various publications. This evolved into a full-blown love for digital marketing and, in particular, search engine optimization. Graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in linguistics, Carlos has translated his love for language to fuel a passion for marketing, eventually getting his master’s degree in digital marketing from the University of Florida.

Over the last five years, Carlos has helped VisaNation’s online footprint grow consistently through his writing and technical involvement. In his free time, Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, and continuously learning more about investing, finance, and SEO.

Sabrina Saada is a seasoned copywriter and marketing strategist with years of experience covering complex immigration subjects. She began writing about legal topics in 2014 after graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in multi-media journalism. As a first-generation American whose family immigrated from France in the early 80s, she identifies with the sacrifices and hardships many immigrants face when coming to the United States.

She currently lives in South Florida, a melting pot of cultural diversity, and is frequently reminded of the opportunities and freedoms this country affords. Through her writing, she hopes to help aspiring immigrants understand the steps necessary to navigate the legal processes so they too can live out their American Dream.

Stephen Valencia specialize in Family based immigration matters and has over 8 years of experience. He has worked on a myriad of marriage-based green card cases of a high degree of complexity. Steve is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and dedicated professional with a track record of holding positions with increasing responsibility. He possesses proven organization, analytical, research and administrative management skills. Steve is particularly known for his commitment to quality and passion for delivering results while exceeding expectations.
